Comments:
This was great! I felt really good on the first one, a little bit risky but I wasn't tired or in pain. I thought I was going 5:55 pace or faster on the 2nd one (started out too fast). The 3rd one was good but I broke down my form at the end. I'm not sure if being passed made me slow down or if I would have slowed anyway. But then I heard Rob yelling at the end and I kicked it in for the last sprint!
