mile and a half warm up on which i felt really flat. 3xmile with 5 min recovery. 5:01, 4:52, 4:52. The 5:01 felt like cake, the 4:52's were a little harder. I felt like I couldn't accelerate at the end of these, or it would have taken a race-like effort to accelerate. I jogged a 400 between each rep and did a 2 mile cooldown outside to make it 7. Knees not to bad at all, back of throat a little sore.
