Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
3 things that went well:
1-i kept pace the first 2 miles
2-had a good push at the end
3-was able to pick off a few girls in the last 200meters
3 things you can improve on
1-keep a more even pace all 3 miles
2-take advantage of running in a pack and working off other girls
3-not beating myself mentally when physically I'm capable of more
2 things about the team
1-most everyone pushes me to work harder by seeing them push themselves
2-don't settle for that days results, always working for better.

1-I'm not sure of how to keep track of my pace, so my last mile isn't way off pace
