Comments:
I was happy with my time on saturday, Mandy helped me keep my pace fast enough in the begining which is where i normally dont push enough, i need to work on running more consistantly instead of short bursts towards the end of the run,
the team ran very well, we worked well in groups.
The coaches are doing a great job!
