this tempo did not go terribly! I didn't feel absolutely dead afterward. much better than the same tempo two weeks ago. I'm glad of that. my form, I feel, is starting to get really rough. It's probably partially because I need new shoes and my knees are starting to get into trouble. form terrible on the 300's, I could tell, but still felt good to run it out. world's longest lift after.
