Exercise Type: Run

After the bike I jumped on the treadmill to see how the leg would hold up. 7:30 pace for the first quarter and 7:00 pace for the second quarter. Glad this felt easy and pain free as well. I knew I could probably make it .5 mi with no pain; I'm more curious of how this will feel later today and into tomorrow. Hopefully I'm inching closer to hitting the roads consistently. I'm ready to kick some major ass!
