Short Jaunt

Exercise Type: Run

After a weekend of saying I was gonna run and then not doing it, I was able to get myself out the door after classes at 4. It was HOT did the same Maria to campus then through campus to the Y as last week. When I got to the Y I was feeling pretty weak so I decided to tone down the workout a bit. Boy have I lost a lot on my bench. Which sucks because I thought the bicep/shoulder tricep/pectoral lift days would have upped it by having more lifts on each muscle group each week...guess not. So now I need to incorporate at least one bench press day a week back in to the schedule. Workout as follows..

Bench press 5,4,3,2,1 140pds-160 (I'm ashamed to type this)
3x10 bar pull up
3x10 pec dec
3x10 tricep machine
3x10 isolated dumbbell curls (20 pds)
3x10 Lat Pull down

Set 1: 30 crunches 30 fifer scissors 30 leg lifts
Set 2: 30 crunches 30 side-crunches 30 V-ups
Set 3: 30 crunches 30 baby-skull crushers 30 bicylce crunches
