Comments:
I went to the fitness center at UTA to run after class, mainly as a way to pass time while waiting for afternoon traffic to clear. I also did a couple of the weight machines on my leg muscles to warm up before hand.
I had a rough day and thought it might make me feel better, but it really didn't. But at least I spent the time doing something constructive instead of sitting in traffic stressing out.
