Smells like Tween XC

After classes today I was planning on taking a nap, playing video games and generally just broing out. Then doing an evening run/lift. But I got bored quickly after and decided if I didnt go soon, I'd likely cop out and not go. Headed out down Maria to Schmeeckle. Once I got to the lake I saw that a pair of runners (maybe 14) were doing what looked like a tempo/workout. So I let them begin the loop before I did but quickly realized they were only going about 5 seconds faster than I was so pride set in and I passed them up and luckily was in shape not to get rolled on in return. On my way out heading back on campus what appeared to be a faction of the UWSP Women's XC appeared running the opposite way as me. Girl distance runners are either really hot, or really not. This group was unfortunately not. By the time I got back to campus I had to duece like none other. Luckily I was close to Debot so I pit-stopped there and finished the rest of campus and circled back to the Y to lift. Lift went smooth and I felt a lot stronger than Monday...likely due to the PB and J sammy I had before I headed out to run. Workout as follows..

4x10 Curls w/ bar and 15 pds
4x10 Military Press w/ 35 pd dumbbells
4x10 Bicep Machine
4x10 Shoulder things w/ 15 pd dumbbells
4x10 Isolated curls w/ 15 pd dumbbells
4x10 Shoulder Shrugs w/ 55 pd dumbbells

Did circuts so in between I did a set of abs
Set 1: 50 Fifer Scissors
Set 2: 50 Baby Skull Crushers
Set 3: 50 Bicycle Crunches
Set 4: Plank
