Running around neighborhood Bobbit -> Bushire -> Crooked Route

September 15, 2011 (Night)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Just turning dark at start; dark by end.

Comments:
I haven't run until now because, for the past several days, I have been both a) extremely tired when coming home from school and b) my right leg's muscle on the underside of my leg above the knee but below the waist has been extremely stressed out, and I wasn't quite certain why, but I believe that it was because of how I have been driving; I adjusted my driving style a bit, to try to fix that.
In any event, when I got home today, I only felt a), extremely tired, but my leg was not messed up, so I went ahead and ran.
I stretched w/ standing stretches (legs, arms, quads).
I ran along the route listed above; it started out rather darkish, and then ended quite dark. My left foot's big toe hurt a bit around the 1/5th mark, and again nearish the end. I'm not entirely certain why that is, but it may be because my shoes aren't so great (tennis shoes with happy feet). I tried to keep a constant-ish pace, and ran with a water bottle (which I drank in its entirety by the end of the run). I am considering running with a Camelback if I go on longer runs.
