Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
48 minutes, 4 minute run, followed by a 2 minute walk, sore from my last work out, but needed to work the soreness out, another easy pace, trying to run without hurting my ankle and keep my stomach problem from flaring up, really hard to finish the workout, towards the end I felt like my jog was a sprint.
