the pedometer I used on my nano doesn't show me the kilometers and it is really bad! so after this run i bought a different one and it works much better!

It showed me that I had 633 steps for 17:56 then it just stopped timing I guess?

-my run was....tiring. it was hot! my upper thighs are hurting a little. probably because i didn't stretch before i ran :( learned my lesson though.
