Weather: great

northside -> euclid -> stokes -> toward downtown on carnegie, made a rectangle w/ carnegie, cedar, and two side roads then headed back.

Hamstrings still tight, succeeded in slowing down though. I guess its good that I feel like I'm crawling along but still sub 7:00. But I'd rather be neither sick nor sore if it means feeling like I'm crawling along.
