I felt like I had a mentally strong workout; I stuck with the pack and kept on pace through the entire workout.
1mi warmup, 8x200 @ 40-42sec w/ 30sec rest, 3min rest, 8x200m @ 38-40sec w/ 30sec rest, 1mi cooldown. 3x45sec ab circuits, 45sec planks, pushups.
