Comments:
6 800's. forgot times but they ranged from 3min to 310. i was trying to hit 303-306.
i felt alright. stomach was hurting a bit but it was just cramps nothing serious.
hip hasn't been hurting any more.feel better.
but my knees hurt a bit. nothing to bad. just need to ice them.
scale 1-10 on how i felt. an 8.
