Cross Training Kind Of

So, it was pretty dark and I didn't want to run outside again at this time (although I might tomorrow), and the one website we were supposed to read said that we should do different types of workouts so our bodies don't get used to doing the same thing, so I did this:
10 push-ups
25 sit-ups
Stretched out my arms
15 push-ups
30 sit-ups
stretched out my legs
15 push-ups
50 crunches
stretched out achilles and quads
10 push-ups
25 sit-ups
stretched my legs some more
did 25 (don't know the name, where you raise yourself up by your foot (ball of your foot on the ground, heel rises up?))
200 high-knees (not fast or anything, just got them all up high)
200 but-kicks (again, not fast, perhaps not the best because they probably work best with an elevated heart rate and pseudo-running)
25 more of the thing I don't know the name for
50 squats

I noticed that my arms were quite lethargic about 20 minutes after I stopped. Quite likely because my upper body stamina is pretty much nonexistent.
The 20 minutes thing is just an estimate; it could have been more or less than that, but I didn't want it to show up like what I call the rest days (it probably will anyways, though).
