Easy 800 meter warmup, felt like shit haha. Then did 3 sets of 4 of the double hill interval, since it was the day after a meet and I didnt have the balls to skip, I just bullshitted everyone except the last one where I "did well" with a 46. Most of them were 55-58 range, very comfortable. Cooldown after each set was a modified alumni course. Goin easy tomoorrow and friday obvi
