Comments:
had some trouble breathing during the miles, but it didn't get to me too bad. the problem came with the lifting, I was dead exhausted, and then I started hyperventilating. I made it through the lift (in over an hour) but then started crying. so then I paid a visit to Erin The Trainer and she gave me a box of tissues and watched me try to calm down. so that was my day. ice bags, no abs. I guess the casualties could have been worse.
