5x1200m, 400m jog recovery

Weather: nice and pretty sunset!

Comments:
2 mile warm-up to Davis Shores. Leg hurt a little on warm-up, but disappeared during the intervals and reappeared on the cool-down. 5 x 1200m with 400m jog recovery in between each. Felt good and had a good overall workout - improvement from last week and my 800m splits during a 1200 were faster than my 800m workouts had been... maintained same pace for another 400m.

Times were 4:26, 4:24, 4:21, 4:19, 4:17 - descended on each Step in the right direction. Good confidence boost.
