Comments:
the time for the first 3.45 miles was somewhere in the 25 minute range so i'm not sure if the middle 2.45 was 17:58 or 18:18 but either way we were under which is quite a surprise considering the whole time we thought we were going really slow because we thought that run was 4 miles but its actually 4.45.
