Comments:
Hung on to pace pretty well even on last 3 miles. Went 3+ miles further on pace than 2 weeks ago. Need to pay more attn to nutrition and hydration during long runs where I am trying to sustain performance.

A little less beer at Tower 7 would not hurt either
