Comments:
speed on TM, 2M warmup then 3x880 at 7.4-7.7 mph
then 2X2M at 7/5-7/8 mph felt GREAT no aches. Keep runing speed in the am on Wednesdays. 1/2 warmdown but finished at 7/7 mph for a total of 10 then stretched with weights on legs before work
