Comments:
My feet started to really hurt and my ankles tightened up, which happened last year too. If I stop wearing my orthotics, it will stop, but then I'll get a hip injury. I'm going to buy new shoes this weekend and stay in orthotics. My orthotics are also really old (they supposedly wore out two years ago) but I think they still help. Took my shoes off at Yuma and ran barefoot back.
