disappointing result to be sure. but we can move forward from this, and we will!!

was initially very disappointed when I crossed the line. slow time. but I executed just as coach said: took it out conservatively, then spent the entire race passing. worked well and placed high. splits scarily similar to nationals last year (same feeling about it, and same time).

The only other thing I'm going to say about this is that we are going to DESTROY oberlin and john carroll (if the latter is there) at Oberlin in two weeks. how embarrassing it will be for them when we kick their asses on their turf. because remember, ladies, a very similar thing happened with oberlin last year. they beat us earlier in the season, and then we killed em at their meet. we can do it again.
