decent shape for an out of shape person

Weather: inside

ran on the track, then checked out the new treadmills, i like them except for the fact that they're facing the wrong way and there's a big piece of plastic right where my junk is, but aside from that, good. Started chafing nipeals, so i decided to jump back down to the track, once i got there i picked it up a bit, and cranked out a 5:33. felt pretty good, not straining too hard, and it's only day #5, so i'm not feeling quite so useless now.
