Comments:
I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, starting with a 5 minute walking warm-up and ending with a 5 minute cool-down. I jogged at a pace between 4.5 and 5.0 for the entire 20 minutes in between. I also did about 15 minutes worth of weight work.
