20 minute warmup with Davis on which I felt all right but kind of heavy. Jim has my exact splits, but I went something like 32.x, 32.x, 31.x, 32.x, 33.x. Those points really add up because I wound up running 3:15 which I was not very happy with at all. I made a good move on the third lap but my legs just weren't moving that fast. My lungs felt absolutely fine. I know I am strong, I just don't have the wheels yet, which is the gameplan. 20 minute cooldown around Denison campus.
