an all-grass loop

Comments:
ran with big joe and paul curtiss along north park, but since they're replacing the asphalt along north park, we alternated the usual lee loop and went up and back along south park. i figured that added on a bit- maybe a few tenths. a barefoot mile on the field plus 5x100m striders when we got back-- got muddy. took it real easy today.

yesterday at the end of practice i felt a twinge in my hip flexor or something, and i could still feel it a bit today, but it felt good stretching it out for striders. i think my whole hip-butt-hip flexor complex is sore for some reason, maybe to do with lifting. not painful, just sore.
