Zion Rd Temp Run

Exercise Type: Run

10min warm-up, 3.16mi tempo run from KAC Meadow Ln backdoor to Zion Bridge and back.
This was a huge improvement over my last tempo run; I ran the first half sticking closely with the pack, but at the turnaround I pushed the pace and kept it all the way back.
12min cool-down, 3x45sec ab circuits, 45sec planks, pushups
