Comments:
Tempo run with the guys, did campus loop as a warm up and then went into it, started behind KAC and went to the Zion Bridge turned around. Supposedly this loop is 3.22, and I ran it in 18:40, which is like 5:45 pace, which is a good tempo pace. It felt a little harder because I was tired from race/long run, but a decent workout. Campus Loop for the cool down. Need to do core soon, missed it for about a week and the fat rolls are developing.
