up northpark around the first lake to shaker then back to coventry for the fartlek. 2'(2')1'(1'):30(1') then 4x:30 with :30 rest
Thought we were following the other girls but then it was actually the Shaker Heights basketball team. Ankle was a little sore before but felt fine during the actual run.
