i was going to talk about how i felt like shit today (excuse my language), but i decided that thats in the past (probably a good thing, or this log entry would take up 10 pages, which i do not have time for tonight). my lazy week-end, my psat, my "downward mental spiral" - thats in the past. i'm making a conscious decision, right here, right now, that i'll make an immediate goal, and then focus on the now.
immediate goal: by the end of friday's run, i will have my head back on straight.
ok, so now i will not think about what's already happened, i have no excuse to worry about what's ahead. just live in the moment. live in the now. live in the present. because i can do this.
(may sound confident, but i'm still trying to convince myself of all this)
