Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Tempo on MLK with the ENTIRE girls team. Coach told me to go with the 6:30 pace group which is 30 seconds faster than what I've been running, but I just went with it. Kept the pace for the first 2 miles for 13:03. After 500m or so on the way back stepped on some bottle or something and rolled my other ankle. I was falling off the pace a little and with my ankle kinda hurting I decided to stop after 800m to stretch it out(3:35). Coach drove me to the mile mark where I ran back with Emily (6:52). Overall a good workout minus the ankle problems and I'm glad I ran longer than a 3 mile tempo and at a faster pace. I need to remember to increase stride length when I get tired versus turnover. 6x200 at the track and then a van ride back to veale.
