Comments:
9 minutes up slow, then into the workout. Started with the B group and ran the first one in 11:50, significant net uphill, it was from the statute start to the top of the back side Harlem Hill. Easy pace for 1 mile as recovery, then from 102 transverse back to the Webster statue in 11:10. Felt pretty good today, I really think taking a day off beforehand is the biggest thing. 2 miles down
