Comments:
At noon with Max, Birdman, and Julian. Did a 13 minute warmup, 4 min. threshold, 4 min. recovery, 5x30s at 5k pace with 3 minutes rest, 4 min. threshold, then 15ish cooldown. It was really rainy, but not a bad run.
