Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
"long run" ha. 8 miles. chatted with coach before heading out. going to get tested and see if something is up with that stuff. i dont know anything about it, but i'm not a big fan of needles. i'll get over it to have a reason for my season sucking. also, maybe it took the end of my season for me to realize that my knees have actually been hurting a bit. not like awfulness, but i've been "preventative icing" my knees all season, knowing that maybe there was something up with them. so coach said to cross train and run every other day. we'll see how it goes. i've been closely staring at my knee to see if there is any swelling or oddities. i'm not a doctor but they look fine. just sore. we'll figure things out hopefully here soon about everything. coach says she also wants me take my actual off time during the same time as everyone else, so assuming my knees aren't actually injured, i'll just keep doing base for a while. going to try and get 5 to 6 everyday i run this week.
