Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
My legs were very sore today. Especially my calves, which made it hard to loosen up and stride out at all on this run. So this was pretty much the hardest of the three days so far. Go figure.

I was thinking during this run how this is kind of like way back at the beginning of high school when I was just starting running for the first time. Except now I have a much higher pain tolerance, a much greater willingness to not stop, and a much higher intelligence of what I need to do to get faster.

So I've got that going for me.
