Felt great...I think I could have increased my pace. I have been doing about a 2 mile warm up. This has been helping me immensely. I also have learned that talking positively to myself helps me keep my pace steady. This was not my record but i am still running pretty fast.If I Sell a couple of appointments then I will be able to run the santa clarita half marathon. I will still run it bandit if I have to.
