Cross Train- Bike

Beautiful day for a ride! Started out at Corwin, after a mile or so I noticed the brake was rubbing against my front tire, so we headed back to the Corwin Peddler, where the incredibly kind owner gave us a free adjustment and air for both of our bikes' tires! The first 45 minutes were pretty easy, but when we turned around I really had to slow down- my arms are definitely not used to all of that pressure. My butt was sore as hell and I could barely move my arms when we peddled back into town. A delicious lunch of chicken and white bean chili really hit the spot though! Now it's time to spend the rest of the day relaxing, then some yoga right before bed.
