Comments:
I wasn't feeling too good to start with so I knew this run was going to be hard. I was planning on going long today since it was my day off so I decided to gut it out and it actually ended up being fine. I am really tired now though, and my quads are destroyed. It is good to get a big chunk of the mileage out of the way though and I can take an easy day tomorrow. I am starting to get used to the altitude I think, I still feel it but definitely not as much as last week.
