RAN WITH FREDDY.I STARTED OFF SLOW. ON THE LAST FEW HILLS I WAS PRETTY TIRED. I NEED TO DO HILL REPEATS,HILL SKIPS AND THE LEAPERS. NOT SURE WHAT THEY ARE CALLED BUT I CAN DO THEM TOMORROW. I NEED TO GET STRENGTH FOR THE HILLS.
