Comments:
MY LEGS FELT A LITTLE HEAVY FROM YESTERDAYS RUN THE SWEATS DIDNT HELP EITHER. I looked at my pace and I actually kept it pretty steady. I think that is good because running in sweats is hard. I did throw in a little speed and some leaps in between.
