Comments:
Mile splits were 5:19, 5:16, 5:23, 5:27, 5:28, 5:28. (5:24 avg) Not the way I intended to run it.. wanted to neg split. went out too hard and suffered at the end a bit. still a good effort though. last 3 seemed to be into a slight headwind.
