Comments:
conferences. 4 inches of snow on the ground, just broke 30:00. pretty happy with the season, though i think i may have peaked too early. in the future, need to come into the season more relaxed. also need to keep up with cross training the whole time. sub 16 is the goal for indoor, and next year, i want to be in the top 10 runners on the team for cross.
