Comments:
Ran a pretty consistent pace. I was'nt really pushing myself today. I felt great. I was streching out the legs in certain points like the eldridge straight away before the entrance. I felt pretty good doing that. I was probably going a little faster than race pace but I want to get my legs and mind used to the pain.
