Comments:
4/4- Ran 4.5 miles, including 5 wu/5cd. Felt really good today, back was good, foot ache was gone. Did 5 wu/ then 5 @ 9:05 pace, then 20 at 8:49 pace to try to level out the upper end of HR range, then went over 160 and did the last 10 at 8:58.
