first workout of regionals week. shorter, felt good. really low mileage this week-- i'm already halfway there...
warmed up 1mi to the track then added a couple laps.
6x 400m @ :70-72, 400m recovery jog
2x 300m @ :50-52, 300m recovery jog
5x 200m @ :31-33, 200m recovery jog
felt really relaxed, had fun. so psyched about this race saturday.
mile cooldown back to veale for swimming, static 1+, icebath.
