Campus loop as the warmup. Was feeling really tight and sore from yesterday at the start but once I got going it wasn't too bad. 12x400 with 2 minutes rest, 4 minutes after #6. Don't remember exact splits, but i think it was something like 68, 68, 67, 67, 66, 66, 66, 65 and the second set was 66, 65, 66, 65, 64, 64, 63, 63. Did 10 minute cooldown outside. Wanted to break 60 on the last one but just didn't have it. Jogged a 200 after each one which helped me stay loose. I know I am pretty damn strong right now if I can do this after doing the second half of Caves at 6:20 pace yesterday. Just gotta stay healthy.
