Comments:
breathing drills for the last time before regionals. for the first time, i consistently went four laps with 6strokes/breath. it got more difficult towards the end, and i wasn't taking a lot of rest in between, but i got into a good rhythm. i think it'll definitely help for saturday. also, this completed my triathlon for the day!
