Comments:
The day was great for a run. I started out faster than usual going on the down hill. I now keep my pace under 10:30 throughout this run. That is pretty fast. I was not able to do that. I can recover faster and I can push myself more for longer. I did push myself on the last flat part and ended up paying for it on the small uphill. I then recovered some time on the last stretch.
